Name of item: Elemental Stone

Item description: The texture of this round stone somewhat reminds you of a reptilian's scales, and it glows with the colours of the various elements.

What it does: The elemental stone, when applied to the stream hydras, would be able to change the type (element) of the hydra according to where the stone was obtained (further explained below). The hydras to be changed can be both frozen and unfrozen hatchlings, and unbred adults.

How to obtain it: From quests (easy difficulty) from various locations such as the Callisto Islands, Voltar, Arkene, Somni, etc. For example, a Stone obtained from the Callisto Islands could turn a stream hydra into a Water Hydra, a Stone obtained from Voltar could turn a stream hydra into a Fire Hydra, and etc.
Quest requirements could be something like the presence of a hydra (can be either hatchling or adult, and won't be taken) and the 'offering' of some gold (perhaps 500g?).
