Appearance:
A yellowish blue bar with bright skin color stripes most alike the color of the Ruwin Dragon has been wrapped in a one color slightly waterproof candy bar wrapped.

Description:
This bar is exclusive for Easter and has a Ruwin Dragon’s Scale inside the candy bar. This is rare candy that a few people say that it was created where wild Ruwin Dragons were because of the colors on the bar itself.

Trivia:
There are types of Pygmy Bars: Flame Pygmy Bar (comes in seven colors), Gem Pygmy Bar and the Wing Pygmy Bar.

Function:
Makes creature into a unparented hybrid. (depends on type of bar and creature)
