In the north of Foenara, ancient volcanoes form rich mountains overlooking vast savanna woodlands. The grasses here are tall, though not as tall as those of the Grass Forest, and many small creatures dwell underfoot. Nimbii swim in the clouds overhead, hinting at the rains that are soon to come. Cattle graze alongside antelopes and other fleet creatures by day, but come nightfall silent predators stalk the savanna, and prey must keep their ears and eyes alert.
