I don't really have a favorite. Here are the characters I like the most:
Sans,WingDings,Toriel,Undyne,Blooky,Lesser & Greater Dog, Endogeny, Papyrus, Asriel, and the mighty, Temmies!
There are others I like. They are not on the list because I don't like them enough.

I don't like SOriel AsIsk (Frisk+Asriel)Come on! They're just kids! PapyTon and AlpGore.

I do like PapDyne, and AsRiel.

What's your favorite AU?

Mine is DanceTale, ErrorTale, HandPlates, InkTale, and LittleTale.

I kinda like PapyTon, but I prefer PapDyne. Sans x Undyne is also kinda fun. SoRiel is ok. AsIsk is ok but ONLY when they're adults.
But I hate AlphHore, Kid AsIsk and basically any ship with Flowey. (All that I've seen are very creepy )

My fav Aus are UnderSwap, Underfell, and LittleTale. I like most of the rest though.
There are tons of AUs, so it's impossible to list them all.
