Egg:
This egg is black and heavy with an fiery paw print on it,
Hatchling:
Direhound pups are very rowdy and unpredictable due to their instinct and, as such, are a handful for those that have difficulty with raising creatures like them. They, much like their Hellhound kin, do hold the power of fire, but tend to have no control over it, accidentally setting things aflame. They also don't seem to hate ice creatures, much to their magi's peace of mind.
Adult:
If it is raised correctly a Direhound will loose its rowdiness and become more predictable to its magi. With their growth they also learn to keep their affinity of fire under control, only setting things aflame if requested by their magi as they do not take orders from anyone else.
General:
Bearing not only the fierce and protective nature of a Direwolf, but also the violent one of a Hellhound it is well known that Direhounds not raised correctly tend to be unpredictable. Though these unpredictable ones will not attack other magi their control over fire and their feral instinct is not easy to keep under control. It is due to this fact that more skilled magi normally take on the challenge of raising one of these canines to adulthood; those that do so successfully are rewarded with a strong and loyal companion willing to protect its magi with its life.

Re: Direhound
Very good
Re: Direhound
This one seems unnecessary, we already have a flaming wolf, and now you wanna mix it with the direwolf to get...Another flaming wolf.
25/25, thank you so much.
