Terms for my Adopts or Designs
My rights
1. I may refuse your offer at anytime without giving a reason. No guilt tripping.
2. If you’re caught reselling any of my designs without permission, first is a warning, second is the design will be taken back.
3. No refunds.
What you CAN do
1. After purchasing one of my adopts or customs you may alter the design as you choose as long as it's still recognizable and not a dramatic change.
2. You may use the character for anything. However you may not claim that you were the one who made the design, (credit me at least once on first making the design) or use it/them for commercial purposes.
3. IF I give you permission to resell a design, you are not allowed to resell more then what you got for them!!
What you may NOT do
1. You are not allowed to change the design dramatically.
2. No reselling! Return the design if unwanted, if I have to I’ll do art or make something in return for the design back.
3. Any my work may NOT be copied, edited, traced, published, reproduced, or re-uploaded in any way without my written permission.
4. None of my artwork may be used for RPG/blogs/websites/forums without my permission.
