What does Remy's Summer Draft do?

I've had it 6 times and nothing happened at all, to my knowledge. It does make bright flowers that are red, orange and yellow rain down from the top of the screen though! Very convenient for completing the pub quest to get the pet geode ally.

This is exactly what Remy's Seasonal drafts make possible. There are no other "benefits" to drinking it, other than the Pub Quest, and the ability to drink towards the achievements that require drinking at Remy's.
